Unfortunately paid Android apps are currently unavailable in China & Taiwan amongst others (for a full list of paid-app countries see here although it’s not always up-to-date).
Added Chinese localization
As most of you know, paid Android apps are not available in China or Taiwan, but there are a couple of tricks to work around this (such as the sim card swap).
